Job Title: Infor Workbrain (Infor WFM) Analyst

Hybrid /Ocassional Travel to site
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Infor Workbrain / Infor Workforce Management.
- Configure and maintain time and attendance, scheduling, pay rules, accruals, and absence management.
- Troubleshoot employee punch, scheduling, and payroll discrepancies.
- Develop, test, and implement system enhancements and configuration changes.
- Create and maintain reports.
- Support labor forecasting and schedule optimization processes.
- Manage interfaces between Workbrain, payroll, and other enterprise systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws for Federal and State, complex union agreements, and overtime rules.
- Conduct system testing, upgrades, and release validation.
- Provide end user training and documentation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience supporting Infor Workforce Management (Workbrain).
- Strong understanding of workforce management, payroll, scheduling, and timekeeping processes.
- Experience configuring pay rules, attendance policies, accruals, and schedules.
- Must fully understand FLSA concepts regarding Weighted Average and Rate in Effect calculations
- Experience with system integrations and interface troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
