Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Developer

Work Location: Irving, TX (Onsite)

Experience: 10 Years

Duration: Long Term Contract Position

Job Summary

  • Must Have experience with FDI (Fusion Data Intelligence)
  • Support the People Analytics and HR Reporting teams by providing technical expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud.
  • 3-6 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically in FDI development.
  • Strong expertise in HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL (HCM Data Loader), and REST/SOAP web services.
  • Solid understanding of Core HR, Payroll, Absence, and Talent modules in Oracle HCM.
  • Proven ability to work with large datasets, optimize queries, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Experience with integration tools (e.g., OIC - Oracle Integration Cloud) is a plus.
