What You'll Do Support accounting office operations by assisting with administrative and accounting tasks. Manage data entry, filing, scanning, and document organization.
Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and internal correspondence using Microsoft Excel and Word. Reconcile receipts and match documentation for review and approval. Maintain an organized digital and paper filing system.
Other administrative duties as needed. What You'll Bring 1 year of experience in an office or administrative role (experience in accounting support is a plus). Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organization. Dependable work ethic and consistent follow-through. Strong communication skills-both written and verbal.
