The Role
We are hiring a senior growth manager to own sales, demand generation and business development for our U.S. and Canadian EOR services. This role blends strategy and execution. You will design how we go to market and you will personally help drive revenue.
This is not a “throw leads over the fence” role. You will actively engage prospects, build relationships, qualify opportunities, and work closely with division leaders to convert interest into long-term clients. You will also help lay the foundation for future commercialization of our internal payroll technology platform, as a Managed Payroll Service or SaaS-adjacent offering.

Who You Are
- A senior B2B growth or business development professional who enjoys building.
- Comfortable owning both strategy and execution.
- Naturally relationship-driven with strong business instincts.

- Curious, adaptable, and energized by evolving responsibilities.
Experience & Background
- 5 years of experience selling B2B services or solutions.
- Proven ability to generate and convert leads using a consultative sales approach.
- Experience in Payroll & HR Services
- Experience building brand foundations and go-to-market strategies.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales/marketing tools.
- Post-secondary degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
The base salary range for this role is $90,000 - $100,000. Total compensation includes an uncapped commission structure with a target of $150,000 - $170,000 annual earnings. Base salary is determined by multiple factors, including relevant experience, skills, and regional location.
