We are looking for a Sales & Brand Growth Leader who is energized by hospitality, relationship-building, and representing Chick-fil-A beyond the four walls of the restaurant. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, outgoing, organized, and excited to help grow our brand presence and sales through community partnerships, catering development, and strategic outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive restaurant sales growth through local marketing and outreach initiatives
- Build relationships with community organizations, schools, businesses, and event partners
- Support catering growth through lead generation, guest follow-up, and partnership development
- Represent Chick-fil-A at community events and brand-building opportunities
- Collaborate with restaurant leadership to align growth efforts with operational excellence
- Serve regularly in restaurant operations while leading brand growth initiatives.
