We’re looking for a Project Manager (Audio & Visual) to join our dynamic Las Vegas team — someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves problem-solving, and takes pride in turning ideas into extraordinary event experiences.
What You’ll Do
As a key member of our production team, you’ll manage projects from concept to completion — collaborating with creative, technical, and operations teams to ensure every event runs seamlessly.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Leading the planning and execution of custom Audio/Visual and Lighting projects.
- Building detailed labor schedules and managing onsite teams through installation and dismantle.
- Coordinating travel logistics, timelines, and vendor communication.
- Overseeing budgets, tracking shipments, and resolving on-site challenges in real time.
- Partnering with clients and internal teams to ensure every detail aligns with creative vision and budget goals.
- Sourcing specialty materials and negotiating with contractors and vendors.
- Traveling to domestic and international locations for on-site management when needed.
You’ll be the hub that keeps people, plans, and production moving — ensuring every project meets Peak’s standards for excellence.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
- 2–4 years of Project Management experience within events, production, or A/V environments.
- Strong organizational and communication skills — with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
- A knack for reading drawings, setup prints, and signal flow diagrams.
- Confidence in leading teams, coordinating vendors, and solving problems on the fly.
- A collaborative, proactive approach and the ability to think outside the box.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% (domestically and internationally).
