We’re looking for a high-impact Operations Manager to lead our production and warehousing teams with a focus on efficiency, collaboration, and scalable growth. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, you’ll play a critical role in driving performance, streamlining operations, and building a culture of accountability and excellence.

This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who thrives on solving complex problems, mentoring teams, and leading from the front.

What You’ll Do:

Leadership & Strategy

• Direct and coordinate daily operations across production and warehousing to ensure alignment with company goals and growth plans.

• Support and implement corporate policies, procedures, and strategic objectives — making them actionable on the ground.

• Lead department managers and supervisors, setting expectations, coaching for success, and building high-performing teams.

• Partner with leadership on short- and long-term planning, forecasting, and budgeting.

Operational Excellence

• Oversee day-to-day execution of production and warehouse activities, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and cost targets are met.

• Monitor and evaluate operational performance through data and reporting to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Establish processes that ensure smooth cross-departmental communication and drive project outcomes.

• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and team collaboration.

Fiscal & Administrative Oversight

• Manage department budgets and drive cost-effective operational strategies.

• Ensure compliance with all internal controls, HR best practices, and applicable regulations.

• Own key administrative functions, including hiring, training, performance reviews, and employee development.

Systems & Information Flow

• Collaborate in the design and implementation of systems and software tools to increase operational efficiency.

• Promote transparency and clarity by maintaining strong information flow between your teams and other departments.

• Identify bottlenecks and implement effective solutions with agility and a hands-on mindset.

Who You Are:

• A natural leader with 5–10 years of experience managing operations, logistics, or production teams.

• You’ve overseen P&L responsibilities and know how to manage resources to hit targets.

• Strategic by nature but comfortable rolling up your sleeves to solve real-time challenges.

• Passionate about people — you empower your teams, support their growth, and hold them accountable.

• Comfortable with Excel, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Outlook — and eager to learn new tools that streamline operations.

• A clear communicator with strong presentation, documentation, and collaboration skills.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented — you balance the big picture with a command of day-to-day execution.

• You thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments where every day looks a little different.
