Warehouse Supervisor

We’re looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our dynamic fulfillment center team in North Las Vegas where you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless, on-time, and efficient warehouse operations that support world-class events and client experiences.

This role is all about managing warehouse activities, including asset management, inventory control, express orders, and supervising contract labor. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and excited about leading warehouse operations that directly fuel impactful projects, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring all tasks are completed On Time, On Solution, and On Budget.
• Oversee the pulling, inspecting, returning, and restocking of client and rental assets.
• Manage inventory control, ensuring assets are stored, tracked, and maintained accurately and efficiently.
• Read CAD drawings to determine the required assets and materials for specific event projects.
• Supervise and guide contract labor, ensuring they follow company policies and safety protocols.
• Maintain organized, clean, and “tour-ready” storage areas at all times.
• Collaborate with the Operations Coordinator to keep the inventory up to date in our online asset management system.
• Generate monthly reports on warehouse inventory and operational performance.
• Troubleshoot challenges and support other areas of the fulfillment center operations as needed.

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5 years of warehouse or inventory experience (experience in the exhibit industry is a strong plus).
• Proven success with inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with online inventory management software preferred.

Skills & Abilities

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams while interacting with clients.
• Ability to read technical drawings (CAD) and interpret instructions effectively.
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• A hands-on leader with a passion for teamwork, flexibility, and delivering solutions under deadlines.
