Position Overview
We are seeking a performance-driven Content Strategy Manager to lead the development and execution of content strategy across paid and owned channels — with a primary focus on Facebook and Instagram advertising — for two fast-growing brands in the wellness and lifestyle space.
This role bridges creative storytelling and performance marketing, ensuring every campaign, ad, and piece of content ladders up to a cohesive brand narrative that drives measurable growth. You’ll own the strategy and execution of paid social campaigns while shaping how creative messaging, visual identity, and storytelling connect across multiple touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and oversee paid social advertising strategies across Facebook and Instagram, aligned with brand and revenue goals.

Lead the ideation, testing, and optimization of ad concepts to consistently improve performance.

Provide clear creative direction and briefs to design partners for asset production.

Manage end-to-end campaign execution, from planning to performance analysis.

Develop and maintain a cross-channel content roadmap integrating paid, organic, influencer, and owned content initiatives.

Partner with creative and brand teams to ensure campaign visuals, messaging, and storytelling reflect each brand’s tone, audience, and mission.

Use audience insights and analytics to inform both ad performance and broader content storytelling opportunities (e.g., social, email, blog, or video).

Collaborate with marketing leadership to build testing frameworks for creative content, optimizing across hooks, messaging, sequencing, and post-click experience.

Stay on the cutting edge of paid social trends, platform updates, and content best practices, applying them to campaign and brand strategy.
Requirements

5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in paid social strategy, content planning, and creative optimization.

Demonstrated success in scaling campaigns and driving measurable growth.

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign performance data.

Experience managing ad execution and content strategy for multiple brands simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications
