Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly creative and results-driven Creative Content & Ad Strategy Manager to lead content strategy and ad creative planning for two growing brands in the wellness and lifestyle space. This role is heavily focused on Facebook advertising, from strategy and concept creation to final asset delivery in collaboration with our design team.
You will be responsible for developing high-performing creative concepts, preparing detailed briefs, and overseeing the production of ad and social media assets. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with a proven track record of producing content that drives engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage content strategies for two distinct brands, ensuring consistent voice and style.
- Create and own the ad creative strategy for Facebook/Instagram campaigns, aligned with marketing goals.
- Conceptualize engaging, high-converting ad and social media visuals based on performance insights.
- Prepare clear creative briefs and assign to designers for production.
- Oversee the timely delivery of assets.
- Monitor creative performance, test variations, and refine strategies to improve ROI.
- Collaborate closely with designers and marketing leads to ensure creative excellence.
- Stay up-to-date on paid social trends, creative best practices, and platform changes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Facebook/Instagram advertising with a focus on creative strategy.
- Strong understanding of direct-response marketing and social media performance metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute creative content at scale.
- Experience leading content production for multiple brands simultaneously.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to provide feedback and direction to creative teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
