What You’ll Do:

  • Manage Relationships: Be the friendly face of our company by engaging with customers in-person and building lasting relationships.
  • Sell & Represent: Showcase our innovative services and represent our clients’ brands with pride and enthusiasm.
  • Customer Point of Contact: Serve as the key point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring they feel supported and heard.
  • Develop New Accounts: Be proactive in developing new customer accounts to help increase our revenue and impact.
  • Conduct Client Visits: Organize and execute client visits with both new and existing customers, strengthening our partnerships.
  • Educate & Engage: Share your knowledge and passion with clients to enhance their experience with our services.
  • Sales Reporting: Create and submit insightful sales reports to track your progress and celebrate achievements.
  • Utilize Technology: Leverage cutting-edge technology like Salesforce to deliver top-notch customer service and compelling sales presentations.
  • Evaluate Needs: Assess each client’s unique needs and negotiate successful deals that benefit everyone involved.
  • Collaborate with Management: Work directly with the management team on your individual training and development, honing your skills in a supportive environment.
  • Enhance Customer Satisfaction: Focus on increasing customer satisfaction and creating memorable interactions for all clients.
  • Mentor & Train Associates: Help train and mentor new associates, fostering a culture of growth and learning.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly motivated with a passion for sales and customer service
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in business development or sales is a plus, but a positive attitude is a must!
