A highly regarded and award-winning medical center in Southern California is seeking a dedicated RN Nurse Manager to lead its Mother Baby Unit. - Manage a 24-room Mother Baby Unit with 40–50 direct reports

- Mentor, coach, and support staff development and engagement
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote efficient patient care delivery
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association (upon hire)
- California Fire and Life Safety Card (within 30 days of hire)
- Completion of Management of Aggressive Behavior training within 90 days
- Master’s Degree in Nursing or a related field
- 2 years of recent experience in a clinical leadership role (e.g., Nurse Manager, ANM)
- 3 years of hands-on experience in a hospital-based Mother Baby, Obstetrics, or Labour & Delivery unit
- A confident and compassionate leader with expertise in maternal and newborn care
- Skilled in team leadership, conflict resolution, and coaching
- Experienced in managing clinical operations and staffing across multidisciplinary teams
- Committed to data-driven decisions that enhance quality and patient outcomes
- Passionate about delivering compassionate, evidence-based care to mothers and newborns
- Travel: Occasional
