Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Specialist. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR functions including Talent Management, HR management, HR policies, includes personnel management tasks such as handling employee relations, managing recruitment processes, and conducting onboarding. The position will also be involved in maintaining records and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR)
- Knowledge of HR Policies and Talent Management
- Skills in Personnel Management, including employee relations and recruitment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, or a minimum of 2 years experience in Human Resources with an emphasis on recruiting
