What You'll Do
- Package finished products according to company standards.
- Accurately count and verify product quantities.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and all safety procedures.
- Assist with daily production line startup and shutdown.
- Keep the production area clean and organized.
- Perform other production-related duties as assigned by the Line Lead or Plant Management.
Qualifications

- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 3 hours at a time).
- Ability to speak, read, and understand English to safely follow work instructions and communicate with supervisors and coworkers.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Military experience is a plus.
