What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Labor I - Packaging (2nd Shift) position at HR HealthCare?
Duties & Responsibilities
- Package products into desired packaging
- Accurately count required quantities for packaging
- Follow and understand facility GMPs and safety guidelines
- Identify defects as defined by the quality department
- Ensure overall product quality is acceptable and defects are eliminated
- Assist with daily startup and shutdown
- Clear the line daily and remove all trash and other tasks that are assigned by the line lead or Plant Management
Schedule: 2nd Shift - Monday - Friday (3 pm - 11 pm)
Qualifications:
Skills & Abilities
- Basic counting
- Attention to detail
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
- Able to stand for long periods of time (up to 3 hours)

- Flexible with the ups and downs of manufacturing
- Able to identify defects and multitask
Qualifications
- No experience required
- Must be proficient in speaking and reading the English language.
- Military experience a plus
- High School Diploma or GED
