About the Role
In this role, you will lead roadway engineering projects including corridor improvements, arterial design, and intersection reconstruction.
You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients to deliver high quality designs from concept through construction. As a Project Manager, you will guide project execution, support team development, and ensure successful delivery across scope, schedule, and budget.
You will also contribute to business development and help strengthen client relationships.

What You Will Be Doing
- Lead roadway design projects including corridors, intersections, and arterial improvements
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated solutions
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and delivery
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients
- Provide technical oversight and mentor engineering staff
- Support business development efforts including proposals and client engagement
- Participate in quality reviews to ensure compliance with design standards

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- Professional Engineer license in Arizona
- Eight or more years of experience in roadway design
- Experience with corridor design, roadway geometry, and intersections
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, MicroStation, or similar tools
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Arizona agency standards is a plus
- Involvement in professional organizations such as ASCE or APWA is a plus

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations
Must possess a current, valid Professional Engineer (P.E.) license and have the ability to obtain licensure in one or more other states in which HR Green conducts business. The employee must be capable of driving/operating a motor vehicle for company business, and maintain a valid driver’s license in the state of residence.
