  • Monitor project performance to ensure delivery on schedule and within budget.
  • Conduct project reviews and proactively address technical, financial, and scheduling challenges.
  • Oversee construction administration activities and support contractor procurement and bidding efforts.
  • Ensure quality through established QA/QC processes.
  • Manage invoicing, project financials, and fee collection.

Technical Leadership

  • Serve as Engineer of Record and sign/seal engineering documents.
  • Lead major design efforts and provide technical direction to project teams.
  • Apply sound engineering judgment to solve complex infrastructure challenges.
  • Communicate directly with clients on technical and project-related matters.

Team Development

  • Mentor and develop junior engineers and technical staff.
  • Provide coaching, performance feedback, and project guidance.
  • Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across project teams.

Client Service & Business Development

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with municipal and utility clients.
  • Identify and pursue new project opportunities.
  • Support proposal development, interviews, and project pursuits.
  • Participate in professional organizations and industry events.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to expand services and strengthen client partnerships.

  • Master's degree preferred.
  • 10 years of progressive water/wastewater engineering experience.
  • Proven experience managing water and wastewater design and construction projects from concept through construction completion.
  • Demonstrated success leading project teams, mentoring staff, and managing client relationships.
  • Strong business development and project management capabilities.
  • Active Professional Engineer (P.E.) license.
  • Ability to obtain licensure in additional states where HR Green conducts business.
