As a Project Manager, you’ll lead projects from early strategy through design and construction — guiding teams, partnering with clients, and ensuring successful delivery. You’ll play a key role in shaping solutions that have lasting community impact.

- Lead full project lifecycle (planning → design → construction)
- Direct client relationships and project strategy

- Lead and mentor project teams
- Lead the planning, design, and delivery of water resources projects (stormwater, flood mitigation, stream restoration, watershed planning)
- Serve as the primary client contact and build long-term client relationships
- Develop scopes, budgets, and project schedules
- Manage project performance to ensure delivery on time and on budget
- Oversee hydrologic, hydraulic, and water quality analyses
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Water Resources, Wastewater, and Potable Water
- Lead QA/QC processes and uphold design and quality standards
- Support business development efforts, including proposals and client presentations
- Mentor and guide engineers and project staff
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field)
- ~10 years of experience in water resources or related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Strong project management experience (scope, budget, schedule)
- Experience leading teams and managing client relationships
- Background in hydrologic/hydraulic modeling and master planning preferred
