About The Internship
Our Marketing Internship offers a hands-on opportunity to gain real experience inside a fast-paced A/E/C marketing team. You won’t just observe—you’ll contribute to real projects that support business development, proposals, and marketing data initiatives. This is a great role for someone who wants to build both creative and analytical marketing skills while learning how strategy, data, and content come together to support winning work. This role also supports ongoing efforts to improve how we manage and leverage marketing data and content across the firm.
What You’ll Do
As a Marketing Intern, you’ll support a variety of initiatives that help position our firm and drive new business. Responsibilities may include:
$18-25/hr
The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and California’s SB 1162. The final agreed-upon compensation is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: individual education, qualifications, skills, prior work experience, competencies, and geographic work location. The total annual compensation package may consist of a base salary and eligibility to participate, after a qualifying period, in our performance and discretionary incentive bonus program(s).

What You’ll Do
As a Marketing Intern, you’ll support a variety of initiatives that help position our firm and drive new business. Responsibilities may include:
- Help maintain, update, and improve the quality of marketing materials, including case studies and resumes, within Deltek Vantagepoint and other internal systems
- Support ongoing data cleanup and standardization efforts to ensure accurate, consistent, and proposal-ready information across systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to capture project and staff experience information for use in proposals and marketing materials
- Assist with proposal and prequalification efforts, including gathering, organizing, and validating licensure information and project data
- Collaborate with marketing, business development, and technical staff on various team initiatives and special projects
- Exposure to both the creative and strategic sides of marketing in the A/E/C industry
- Hands-on experience working with CRM systems (including Deltek Vantagepoint), marketing data, and content management processes
- Insight into how accurate data and content directly support proposal development and business growth
- Experience supporting data-driven marketing initiatives and process improvements
- Mentorship and collaboration with experienced marketing professionals
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, especially when working with structured data and content
- Interest in marketing operations, data management, or proposal development
- Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems or Adobe Creative Suites is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
