You Should Be
$18-25/hr
The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and California’s SB 1162. The final agreed-upon compensation is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: individual education, qualifications, skills, prior work experience, competencies, and geographic work location. The total annual compensation package may consist of a base salary and eligibility to participate, after a qualifying period, in our performance and discretionary incentive bonus program(s).

What You’ll Do
What You’ll Experience as an HR Green Intern
Our Paid Land Surveying Internship Is Designed For Students Who Want Hands-on Field Experience, Not Just Resume Lines. During This Land Surveying Internship Opportunity You Will
- Support land surveying staff in various outdoor/site conditions by assisting with documenting and measuring terrain for the use of engineering design, construction plans, specifications, and safety requirements.
- Assist with field data collection and basic measurements using specialized equipment/technology to prepare boundary land surveys, topographic surveys, tree surveys, and construction staking under the supervision of experienced land surveyors.
- Participate in field meetings and daily site activities, with an emphasis on safety, to gain hands-on exposure to preliminary engineering mapping for design and construction.
- Paired with a new-hire buddy for day-to-day guidance
- Supported by experienced engineers and land surveyors who want to teach, mentor, and invest in you
- Invited to office events, networking opportunities, and team activities that help you feel like part of the firm — not “just an intern”

You Should Be
- Enrolled in an accredited Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering program
- Curious, motivated, and eager to learn
- Comfortable with basic office software (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Familiarity with engineering-related equipment
- Strong time management, communication, and technical skills are essential
- Comfortable working in outdoor environments
- Available to start between mid-May and early June 2026
$18-25/hr
