What You'll Be Doing
- Design and produce proposals, brochures, presentations, reports, infographics, advertisements, and a wide range of marketing materials
- Support web design, e-newsletters, digital invitations, and mobile-ready content
- Translate technical themes and proposal content into polished visuals, charts, and illustrations
- Build and maintain templates that keep our brand consistent and our team efficient
- Manage our central graphics library so great work gets reused, not recreated
- Collaborate closely with Marketing Specialists, engineers, and project teams to hit deadlines and deliver quality
- Support public meetings and client-facing presentations with graphics that make an impact
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- 3 years of in-house graphic design experience; A/E/C industry background is a real plus
- Expert-level proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, and Microsoft Office
- Experience with web design and working knowledge of HTML; video or Flash experience is a bonus
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines without dropping the ball
- Adobe Creative Cloud experience preferred
