A large Developer with nearly 10,000 multifamily properties under management is looking for a REO Manager for their office in Coral Gables. This role will support top management on all REO Properties and schedules. Moreover, this candidate must be abe to read loan documents and have a clear understanding of Banking, Treasury and property management accounting.
This role will require a Bachelors plus 5-8 years in specific experience working in a loan department of a bank or a real estate developer.
This role will be in office 8am to 5 pm with excellent benefits working for a company with 60 plus years in the real estate development, construction and asset management
