What You'll Do:
As the Customer Service Representative, you will process customer orders, coordinate deliveries and invoicing, and support customers to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
Your Accountabilities in the Role:
- Greets and assists customers by phone, serving as the first point of contact and providing courteous, timely support to strengthen customer satisfaction and retention.
- Enters customer orders to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
- Processes warehouse pick tickets to ensure orders are pulled accurately and efficiently.
- Prepares delivery ticket paperwork to support timely and accurate customer deliveries.
- Processes signed delivery tickets and invoices daily to ensure accurate billing and timely invoicing.
- Files daily paperwork to maintain organized and accessible records.
Position Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred; an equivalent combination of education and directly related experience may be considered.
- Experience: 2 years of customer service or clerical experience, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution related environment.
- Functional Skills: Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer inquiries, orders, quotes, and issues. Excellent organization, prioritization, and attention to detail.
- Technology Aptitude/Skills: Strong skills in Microsoft Office 365 and Excel experience preferred. Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Leadership/Behaviors: Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills; friendly, supportive, and profes sional demeanor; dependable and responsive with a sense of urgency; self-motivated and able to work in dependently and within teams; maintains professionalism in difficult or high-pressure situations; positive attitude and willing ness to learn.

Other Important Information:
Position Salary: Pay is commensurate with proven expertise.
Reports To: General Manager
Core Hours: 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
Typical Work Week: M-F; 40 hours per week
