What You'll Do:
As the Spray Foam Insulation Technician, you will apply two-part polyurethane spray foam insulation to manufactured products while ensuring proper coverage, thickness, adhesion, and finish quality. You will operate and clean specialized spray equipment in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
Your Accountabilities in the Role:
- Sets up, operates, and maintains two-part polyurethane spray foam equipment for consistent, high-quality insulation application.
- Applies spray foam insulation to industrial HVAC equipment, insulated wall panels, bases, and other manufactured components according to production specifications.
- Maintains a smooth, even foam application that remains flat and requires minimal grinding or rework while minimizing material waste.
- Properly purges, cleans, and maintains spray equipment throughout each shift to ensure reliable operation and extend equipment life.
- Inspects completed work for proper foam thickness, adhesion, coverage, and overall quality, making adjustments as needed.
Position Requirements:
- Education: A HS Diploma or GED preferred; will consider an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- Experience: 2 years of spray foam experience required.
- Certifications: NA
- Functional Skills: Strong mechanical skills; high attention to detail with an ability to read, understand, and apply procedures, specifications, blue prints and bill of material; Strong problem-solving skills; Basic math and counting skills are required. Critical thinking to solve issues independently or by getting assistance to ensure accuracy is important.
- Technology Skills: Basic computer skills.
- Language Skills:Basic reading, writing and verbal communication skills.
- Leadership/ Behaviors: Demonstrated high work ethic and value system, focused on quality, safety and accuracy.

Other Important Information:
Pay/Salary: Pay is commensurate with proven expertise.
And, the compensation will grow as the team member grows!
Reports To: Shift Supervisor
Core Hours:
Day Shift: 6:00 am to 4:30 pm
Night Shift: 5:00 pm – 3:00 am
Typical Work Week: Mon-Thurs; Fridays are OT as needed; 40-48 hours a week on average

Work Conditions: Manufacturing environment with moderate to high noise level, PPE required.
Salary : $30 - $35
