Well, you’re in the right place! Advanced Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics is hiring a Practice Manager to join our team in Pasco, WA!

Key Details:

  • Pay: $75,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
  • Benefits: 100% covered medical, dental, and vision insurance; paid holidays; PTO; 401k with matching, monthly bonus potential
  • Location: 100% Onsite at 9720 Sandifur Pkwy, Pasco, WA 99301
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 5pm

Who You Are:

You are a motivated and experienced Dental Practice Manager that will lead the daily operations of our vibrant, patient focused pediatric dental and orthodontic office in Pasco, WA. You are dedicated to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for our patients and team members, and to delivering the highest quality of care. You are enthusiastic, organized, and passionate about team building and providing an excellent patient experience.

Qualifications Include:

  • Progressive experience in dental practice management, with demonstrated growth in responsibility and scope
  • Strong working knowledge of dental and orthodontic coding, billing, and insurance processes
  • 2–5 years of experience managing and leading teams, including coaching, accountability, and day-to-day supervision
  • Proven reliability and professionalism: leads by example, shows up prepared, and sets a strong example for the team through consistent follow through
  • Experience setting clear expectations, providing ongoing feedback, and supporting team members in meeting role responsibilities and performance standards
  • Metrics-driven mindset, with experience tracking daily goals such as production and collections and consistently meeting targets
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
  • Experience managing patient and insurance billing processes end to end
  • Experience in orthodontics (preferred)
  • Proficiency with Dentrix and Cloud 9 is highly desirable
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and engage a diverse workforce
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background checks and professional reference checks

What You’ll Do:

As the Practice Manager, you’ll support and manage the day-to-day operations of both pediatric dental and orthodontic departments, with a focus on strong team leadership, efficient workflows, and high-quality patient experiences. The position works closely with clinical leadership to support efficient workflows, a positive team environment, and strong administrative and financial practices.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversee daily administrative operations across pediatric dental and orthodontic departments
  • Supervise, train, and support front desk, administrative, and clinical team members
  • Partner with clinical staff to maintain efficient scheduling, patient flow, and overall workflow
  • Ensure a positive, consistent patient experience through well-supported systems and team coordination
  • Provide financial and administrative oversight, including billing, insurance processing, and collections
  • Oversee and reconcile daily financial transactions, including deposits, reports, and petty cash
  • Monitor operational processes and identify opportunities for improved efficiency and consistency
  • Support HR and compliance functions, including adherence to HIPAA and applicable healthcare regulations
  • Lead and oversee hiring, onboarding, and performance review processes for team members
  • Perform other duties as assigned, consistent with the scope and responsibilities of the role
