HQ Pack USA is entering a critical build and scale phase and is looking for a Managing Director for the HQ Pack Connecticut site. This role combines hands-on site leadership today with full P&L ownership and strategic responsibility as the organization grows, reporting to the Director USA.

This is a unique opportunity for a leader who enjoys building structure, teams, and momentum — not just inheriting them.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the Connecticut site with full P&L responsibility
• Translate U.S. strategy into clear, local execution
• Own site performance, KPIs, and continuous improvement
• Build and lead the site leadership team (Materials, Production, Engineering)
• Act as the senior face of HQ Pack toward customers, partners, and Group HQ
• Balance day-to-day operations with long-term scalability

Who You Are

• Senior leader with 8 years of experience in packaging, manufacturing, high-tech, semiconductor, logistics, or industrial environments
• Proven P&L owner with a strong operational and site leadership background
• Comfortable being hands-on in a build phase while scaling operations and the organization
• Strong people leader who knows how to create structure, accountability, and high-performance teams
• Experienced in building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships, particularly in complex, high-tech environments
• Confident operating in an international, growth-oriented environment
