Position Summary
Ventura Law is seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Director to lead all marketing, advertising, branding, community outreach, website management, and client acquisition efforts for the firm. The Marketing Director is responsible for generating qualified leads and signed cases, managing the firm’s marketing budget, overseeing all advertising and branding initiatives, managing vendors and agencies, optimizing the firm’s website and conversion systems, and ensuring Ventura Law maintains a strong presence both online and in the community. This role directly impacts the firm’s growth, case volume, and revenue.
Primary Objective of This Role
Generate qualified leads and signed cases at a profitable cost per case while managing and optimizing the firm’s marketing budget, website, and brand presence.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy focused on lead generation, case acquisition, and firm growth across digital and traditional channels
- Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including Google Ads, SEO, paid social, website, and offline media (TV, radio, outdoor, events, referrals)
- Analyze performance metrics such as cost per lead, cost per case, and ROI, and continuously improve campaign effectiveness
- Oversee website management and conversion optimization, including landing pages, user experience, and lead capture systems
- Develop and manage digital marketing and SEO strategy, including local SEO, Google Business Profiles, and online visibility
- Leverage AI tools and marketing technology to enhance content creation, automation, and performance tracking
- Manage the firm’s marketing budget, reporting, and forecasting to support data-driven decision making
- Oversee social media, content creation, and brand consistency across all platforms, including multilingual campaigns
- Build and maintain community partnerships, sponsorships, and referral relationships
- Manage vendors, media buying, and agency relationships while ensuring alignment with firm goals
Qualifications
- 5 years of marketing experience
- Experience in lead generation and ROI-driven marketing
- Experience managing Google Ads, LSAs, SEO, and paid social
- Experience managing a marketing budget
- Experience with CRM systems, call tracking, and analytics
- Experience managing vendors and agencies
- Strong understanding of branding, advertising, and content creation
- Experience using AI marketing tools is a plus
- Legal or professional services marketing experience is a plus
- Bilingual (Spanish or Portuguese) is a plus
