What are the responsibilities and job description for the Porter/Handyman position at HPH Management?
Looking for a full-time Porter/Handyman to work in a multi-family building in Mount Vernon. Monday through Friday.
- Strong painting knowledge
- Assist Super with maintenance tasks
- Plastering
- Toilet and drain backups
- Leak detection
- Run the garbage compactor
- Take out trash and recycling from designated areas for collections
- Clean and sanitize common areas, hallways, lobbies, and restrooms
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors as needed
- Maintain a clean and orderly appearance of the building’s exterior and interior
English is a plus
We are looking for someone organized, reliable, self-motivated, and friendly
Available to start immediately
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Work Location: In person
