What You Will Do
Inventory and Equipment Coordination
- Manage and monitor equipment and supply inventory across all programs.
- Prep, stage, and organize gear for events and site deliveries.
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for quality and accuracy.
- Keep storage areas and equipment rooms clean, organized, and efficient.
- Deliver equipment and supplies to HPA sites and partners on time and with care.
- Pick up gear from vendors and ensure smooth, accurate handoffs.
- Maintain delivery logs and support real-time tracking across operations.
- Assist with facility maintenance and daily readiness checks.
- Set up and break down rooms, event spaces, and training areas.
- Support implementation of safety, efficiency, and upkeep systems in collaboration with HR.
- Assemble sports gear, racks, office furniture, and related items following safety guidelines.
- Conduct quality checks and troubleshoot minor setup issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams on placement, timelines, and logistics.
- Track warranties and maintain accurate assembly records.
- Work closely with Operations and Program teams to identify and fulfill equipment needs.
- Support purchasing, seasonal setups, and special event logistics.
- Jump in where needed to support the flow of daily operations.
