Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry and file management.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Support office operations by maintaining an organized front desk area.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless office functionality.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with Insurance Verification is a plus but not required.
- Experience as a medical receptionist is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in data entry and electronic medical records.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
