Hoyt & Company is looking for energetic, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our Pop-Up Shop team during our busiest season. Every day is different. One day you may be preparing inventory in our shop, and the next you'll be traveling to a healthcare facility to help employees shop for uniforms and apparel.

What You'll Do
- Package apparel and merchandise for upcoming events.
- Label and organize inventory boxes.
- Load and unload merchandise into company vehicles.
- Travel to healthcare facilities throughout Michigan (within 1.5 hours of Clio).
- Set up attractive, organized retail displays.
- Assist customers with product selection, sizing, and purchases.
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Build relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts.
- Restock inventory during events.
- Break down displays and reload the van.
- Return to the shop to unload and restock inventory.

Schedule Requirements
- Events typically run from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM week days only.
- Associates should expect to arrive 2-3 hours before the event to assist with setup.
- Early morning starts are a regular part of this position.
- Typical event days conclude around 2:00 PM, followed by teardown and return to our shop.
- Some travel is required.

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
