Responsibilities

- Draft, review, and proofread documents, including correspondence with precision and clarity
- Assist with paralegal duties such as preparing discovery requests, subpoenas, and affidavits
- Maintain accurate filing systems both electronically and physically, ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards
- Support attorneys in scheduling appointments, court dates, and meetings while coordinating logistics efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries professionally and promptly
- Proofread all outgoing documents to ensure accuracy in spelling, grammar, and legal terminology
Skills
