Duties:
- Perform clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and assisting with medical issues of Clients.
- Administer medications and vaccines as directed by healthcare providers.
- Assess Medical issues with Client Concerns.
- Assist with minor surgical procedures and wound care.
- Provide patient education on medications, procedures, and general health topics.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation.
Experience
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Certified Medical Assistant or CNA duties.
- Experience in providing patient service and ensuring patient comfort.
- Familiarity with medical documentation practices and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Knowledge of basic life support (BLS) techniques and emergency response protocols.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in senior care settings is a plus.
- Understanding of physiology and medical terminology.

Qualifications:
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification required or CNA Licensure.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a medical assisting program preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and other staff members.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
