Senior Associate, Strategic Finance - Multi Strategy Investment Firm (PE, VC, Hedge Fund)
Hybrid Schedule - 3 days a week in Stamford, CT
I'm working with one of my favorite clients, a high-growth Multi-Strategy Investment firm to find them a Senior Associate, Strategic Finance. You'll serve as a key strategic partner and right hand to the VP of Finance driving firm wide strategy, and also partner with the portfolio company's c-suite teams to drive growth at the company level.

This firm is unique for 2 main reasons
- How many different strategies they run (PE, VC, Hedge Fund, Quant Research)
- The diversity of their portfolio: they own and build portfolio companies across sports, data centers/ high performance computing, tech, energy, health & wellness, engineering, manufacturing, etc. - you'll get exposure to all of them which means learning new things all the time
Key Responsibilities:
- Mix between fund level FP&A and working directly with portfolio companies
- Work with portco leadership teams to carry out Value Creation plan, accelerate growth, help make their finance teams and processes more efficient, develop & refine GTM strategy, etc.
- Work directly with the leadership at the fund level
- Financial Modeling
About You:
- 5-8 years of experience in PE, Investment Banking, or Strategic Finance/FP&A (Must be strong financial modelers)
- Proven track record in complex, matrixed organizations and multifaceted business
- PE/Multi-Strategy Investment Firm experience preferred
Compensation
- Base salary $160k to $185k cash bonus and flexible for the perfect candidate.
Hybrid Schule:
- 3 days a week in Stamford. CT
Salary : $160,000 - $185,000
