Now Hiring: Jr. Project Accountant (Contract) – Salinas, CA
Jump into a fast-moving opportunity with a well-established construction firm supporting exciting projects across the region!
Pay: $30–$35/hr
Location: Salinas, CA (5 days onsite)
Duration: 2–3 months (with potential to interla full time )
Reporting to: CFO

What you’ll do:
- Support payroll & AP processes
- Assist with project accounting job costing
- Help with month-end close & financial reporting
- Partner with Project Managers on budgets & cost tracking
What we’re looking for:
- 2–3 years of accounting experience
- Construction industry exposure is a big plus
- Experience with Sage 300 (required)
- Bonus: Procore or Sage Intacct experience
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and ready to jump in
