Cost Accountant / Finance Analyst

What You’ll Do
- Analyze manufacturing variances (labor, overhead, material usage, scrap, PPV)
- Forecast and budget production volume, earned hours, and overhead
- Prepare monthly inventory, inventory reserves, and warranty reserves
- Lead annual standard cost roll-ups and inventory revaluations
- Review BOMs and routings for new product releases
- Support transfer pricing and multi-entity reporting
- Drive month-end close, journal entries, and account analysis
- Coordinate cycle counts and physical inventory; investigate variances
- Support internal and external audits; ensure IFRS compliance
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
- 3 years of cost accounting experience (manufacturing/operations)
- Strong Excel skills; ERP experience (SAP preferred)
- Analytical, collaborative, and self-directed
Nice to Have: MBA, CMA, CFA; multi-entity or global exposure
Compensation
$110,000–$135,000 base (DOE)
