Are you an AP pro with a knack for accuracy and efficiency? We’re looking for a Temp AP Coordinator to join a top-tier company for a 2-month project (with potential for extension). If you’ve got experience with Concur Access and enjoy keeping finances in check, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
Full-cycle AP: Process invoices, three-way match, approvals, and posting
Vendor Records: Handle W-9s, 1099s, and year-end support
Reconciliation: Balance the AP subledger to the general ledger and resolve discrepancies
What You’ll Need:
2 years of AP experience
Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets
Concur Access experience required
Experience with Great Plains a plus
