Our client, a national owner-operator of commercial real estate properties, is seeking a motivated Accounting / Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a tight-knit and energetic finance team.
📌 The Role – Key Responsibilities
- Oversee tenant collections and cash application
- Manage billing, reconciliations, and AR reporting
- Support month-end close including chargeback, accrual, and reserve analysis
- Act as liaison between tenants, property management, and finance
- Maintain accuracy of lease data and adjustments
- Assist with financial documentation and administrative accounting tasks
- Contribute to a collaborative office culture and support team workflows
- This hire is a backfill, with onboarding provided by the current AR Clerk who has been promoted internally.
👤 What We’re Looking For
- 6 months to 3–4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting
- Positive attitude, upbeat energy, willingness to learn
- No real estate experience required

🎁 Comp & Benefits
- $55–60K base bonus eligible
