Responsibilities
- Collect CNC tooling from machines and workstations.
- Change inserts on cutting tools.
- Organize the tool crib and tooling locations, maintain accurate fixture locations, and enter inventory into spreadsheets.
- Monitor tooling and supply levels and notify Supervisors and Team Leads when inventory reaches minimum levels.
- Perform other miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Previous experience working with CNC cutting tools preferred.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to use precision measuring equipment, including digital calipers and tape measures.
- Ability to safely use hand tools, including torque wrenches.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient computer skills; Microsoft Excel experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and maintain an organized work area.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods throughout the workday.
