Job Responsibilities
- Develop, calibrate, and maintain measurement systems (CMM, vision systems, gauges, sensors) integrated with AI for automated inspection and real-time quality monitoring.
- Analyze measurement data using AI/ML (machine learning) to detect anomalies, predict defects, and close the loop between design intent and production reality.
- Ensure data integrity and traceability for AI training datasets; support digital twins or statistical process control enhanced by AI.
- Collaborate on AI-powered vision/metrology solutions for 100% inline inspection, reducing manual checks.
- Drive continuous improvement in measurement processes through interactive collaboration with product/process engineers to support AI scalability (e.g., reducing false positives in defect detection).
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution OR an Associate’s Degree with 4 years of related experience
- 3 years of manufacturing experience

Preferred Qualifications
- BS in Metrology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field from an accredited institution
- GD&T, ISO 17025, and exposure to AI/computer vision
