Full Job Description
Looking for a hard-working, reliable, physically capable person to install and service residential and commercial garage doors and operators, as well as install fencing and maintain and repair gate and gate operators. This position requires heavy lifting and knowledge of general building trades. Experience is preferred but we will train the right candidate. Valid Driver's License with good driving record is required. Pay is dependent upon experience and ability to learn. Dependability is crucial to this position.
Job Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial garage doors, openers and associated components.
- Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial fencing, gate operators and associated components.
- Perform residential service/installation on a wide range of products, including hinges, operators, springs and gate operators.
- Must be able to replace garage door torsion springs
- Must be skilled at troubleshooting and problem solving.
- Adept at working as a team or on an individual basis

- Must be able to stand for at least 8 hours
- Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs.
- Must be able to climb ladders
- Must be able to work in all weather conditions
