What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Visitor position at Howe Community Resource Center?
Howe Community Resource Center is seeking a full-time Home Visitor to join our Parents as Teachers (PAT) program in Green Bay, Wisconsin. This position provides relationship-based support to families prenatal through age 3 through home visiting, parent-child interaction, developmental guidance, reflective practice, and connection to community resources.
We are looking for someone who values strengths-based and family-centered work and who can build authentic relationships with families while supporting parent-child attachment, child development, and family well-being. This role requires flexibility, self-awareness, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a reflective supervision model.
Backgrounds in social work, psychology, early childhood, human development, education, family systems, and related fields are encouraged to apply. Lived experience is highly valued in this role.
