This position ensures high-quality program development, compliance with Maryland and national Department of Labor standards, and alignment with regional workforce needs. The manager administers and oversees adjunct faculty and program staff, expands enrollment and revenue, and strengthens partnerships with industry, regulatory bodies, and community organizations.The role requires flexibility in scheduling; there will be days and hours when the normally scheduled workday will not apply, including evenings, weekends, and peak operational periods.
