Duties

- Answer multi-line phone systems, direct calls, and handle inquiries efficiently
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
- Support office management tasks including supply inventory, mail distribution, and document preparation
- Provide customer support via phone or email, ensuring excellent service standards are maintained
- Handle clerical duties such as typing correspondence, maintaining filing systems, and managing office supplies
