We're looking for a Junior Recruiter to join a busy and growing team in NYC. This role is ideal for someone who has already spent some time recruiting and is ready for more ownership, more volume, and more exposure to the full hiring process.
This is a fast-paced environment where you'll be managing multiple openings at once, partnering with hiring managers, and helping drive hiring efforts across the organization. The team is looking for someone who is resourceful, organized, communicative, and eager to build a career in talent acquisition.
Responsibilities:
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain consistent follow-up throughout the hiring process
• Coordinate interviews and work closely with hiring managers to keep searches moving
• Post jobs, review applications, and identify qualified talent
• Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate information in the ATS
• Assist with offer coordination and onboarding activities
• Support multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a strong candidate experience
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree required
• 6 months to 1.5 years of recruiting experience required
• Experience in a high-volume recruiting environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruiting tools
• Must be able to work a hybrid schedule in New York City (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
• Available to start immediately
