Leading the Systematic Trading Team covering: - Quantitative Research, Portfolio Management and Trading - Assets: Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Commodities, Crypto, Global Macro, Derivatives - Market Making, proprietary trading, Hedge Funds and Investment Banks.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and source top-tier talent across Financial and Technology industries
- Use LinkedIn, job boards, and creative research strategies to uncover high-impact candidates
- Partner closely with recruiters and account managers to support active, revenue-generating searches
- Review resumes and candidate profiles to align talent with client needs
- Maintain and enhance our internal talent database to keep searches moving quickly and efficiently
- Learn how recruiting teams generate revenue and support business development initiatives
- Stay current on market trends and continuously refine your sourcing approach

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite
- High-energy and passion
- Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
Salary: $60,000-65,000 plus commission
