Schedule: 100% onsite
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to senior executives and members of the leadership team
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference rooms
- Assist with travel coordination, itineraries, and expense reporting
- Greet guests and help maintain a polished and professional executive office environment
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and documents as needed
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Support day-to-day office operations and assist with special projects
- Coordinate internal meetings, team events, and logistics
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for executives and internal stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 0-2 years of related experience
- Prior administrative, internship, hospitality, customer-facing, or office experience is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and operate with urgency in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint preferred
