We are partnering with a growing organization in Philadelphia that is seeking an HR Generalist to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. Responsibilities:
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Assist with pre-employment screenings and new hire onboarding
• Verify employment history, education, and professional credentials
• Process and maintain I-9 documentation
• Support Leave of Absence administration and tracking
• Create, update, maintain, and organize employee personnel files
• Assist with various HR projects and initiatives
• Manage spreadsheets, databases, and employee records
• Generate HR reports and provide data support to leadership
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee information
Qualifications:
• 3 years of Human Resources Coordinator or Human Resources Generalist experience
• Strong hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) is required
• Experience generating and analyzing HR reports
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Professional communication skills and a team-oriented approach
• Bachelor's degree highly preferred
