What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse Practitioner position at Howard Memorial Hospital?

Howard Memorial is looking for a nurse practitioner to join us at our medical clinic! This will be a full time position. 

Responsibilities
  1. Evaluation and Management – Coding
  2. Management and diagnosis of acute and chronic conditions
  3. Laceration Repair
  4. EKG Interpretation
  5. Diagnostic Imaging ordering and interpretation with Radiologic over-read
  6. Ordering of lab and interpretation
  7. Major and intermediate joint injections
  8. Various physical and digital exams.

Qualifications
    • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
    • BLS
    • ACLS
    • Current Arkansas RN license
    • Current Arkansas Nurse Practitioner license
