Secretary Substitute, for Elementary, Middle School and High School. Hours will depend on school site.

Duties: Various assigned inner-office tasks and responsibilities including but not limited to the following:
- Receptionist - taking and routing calls from the public to the middle school staff and principal
- general office supply management, photocopying and faxing, US mail processing, purchase orders, filing, some district website management
- leave processing, some manual entry of staff time and work with time clock
- student scheduling and student data management
